"Rewind" feature for a folder with very many small files (60,000+)
Hi everyone, I have Dropbox Plus and, due to a data disaster, I am trying to use the rewind feature for a folder with ~15GB of data dispersed among 60,000+ small files. Unfortunately, I keep getting "Dropbox internal error" when attempting the rewind.
1) is this because there are too many files?
2) if yes, is there any way I can split up the rewind into batches, so that it can eventually be completed but over a longer period of time?
The data is very important to me, and I know Dropbox Rewind has ~160 day window, so I would really appreciate if it's possible.
Thanks very much.

Hi there jdtang13, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser?
If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
Also, just a note here, the version history for Basic, Plus and Family accounts is 30 days, while this extends to 120 days on the Professional and the Business Standard plans. Users on the Advanced and Enterprise plans have 365 days. Thanks!
