In any case, have you tried using a different browser altogether, or trying an incognito tab on your current browser?&nbsp;

Hi Megan. I am trying to add tags in a video however there is no Tags option under File Info. I also tried in Incognito

Hey Anna317, can you try again, from the All files page, by clicking on the "..." (ellipsis) button next to the file (without opening it)?

Hey Anna317, is it possible that this is a shared content?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
I'm asking, because you will see the tag option only if it's your own file, or if you have editing permissions.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
As for the ellipsis, you should be able to see it on the right side of the file, when visiting your folder, or All Files page.&nbsp;
