Tagging/Flagging Images doesn't work, what can I do?

I can't seem to tag files/images in my folders? The little tick box that should be in the top left doesn't appear? Any ideas why and how I can sort this please?

    Hi LS23, let's jump right into this! 

     

    Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you use these steps, in order to tag the files, or try locally on the device? 

     

    Provided you're using your browser, have you also tried a different one, or an incognito mode on your current one?

      Yes, those were the steps i was trying to follow. Am using safari, could this be the issue?

        Hi LS23, in order for us to exclude any browser-related issues, it would be nice if you could also try a different browser, and then let us know if the same thing happens there. 

         

        You can also try clearing Safari's cache, then trying again.
