Trying to delete old data but Dropbox business account has been cancelled so cannot log on.
Hi there
We are tying to delete old data but our Dropbox business account has been cancelled so cannot log on. We are still receiving notifications though about old files in our account. Has anyone ever experienced the same and is there a way we can get in touch with Dropbox to erase any old data/files?
Any help/suggestions much appreciated.

When you say you have trouble logging in, would you be able to share some additional info with me?
Do you get any specific errors? Do you still recall the account's credentials, or have access to the email address linked to the account?
