Unable to delete folders or files after letting my paid subscription end
Unable to delete folders or files after letting my paid subscription end. The tool tells me to unlink to files/folders first (done). still get the same error message and now I am unable to interact with folders other have shared with me because my space allocation is over the limit

Hey undertoemexico, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.
Can you give us some more info on what you're trying to accomplish? Do you just want to delete files from your Dropbox account?
Which tool did you follow?
And what's the error message you're getting? A screenshot would be really helpful, if you can send one.
Thanks.

Trying to delete old folders and files from my Dropbox account that I don't need and no longer have the PC that originally sync'd them. (the tool I was refering to was simply the Dropbox UI)

Hey undertoemexico! Thanks for those screenshots.
Is it OK to log a ticket for you, and investigate further?

Yes please do. Or if easier, just completely delete both the Desktop & Documents folds so that I am not locked out of the files I need to use that are shared with me.
