Upgraded account and files went missing
I hope someone can help me!
I was running out of space and upgraded my Dropbox size. After the upgrade anything and all things rom 2017 onward was deleted? And some of my 2015 folders, etc, are now empty?
I checked the /events page and it shows the upgrade in file size but does not show any deleted activity.
I checked deleted.. and nothing is there?
How could an upgrade cause things to go missing? And A LOT of things?
I hope one of you can help!

Hey mnevola, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to see that your files are missing.
Did the files disappear from the Dropbox folder on your computer, or from your account online as well?
Were they ever accessible online?
And is it possible that you might have upgraded a different account than the one holding your files?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
