Access being denied to people I share links with

Hi all, I have been using Dropbox for 10 years to share practise tracks with my choir. I create a link, share the link, etc. A few days ago, some of the ladies could no longer access the tracks. They...

Hi! Thanks for your reply. This is what they are getting. I know that someone reported back she had cleared then cache and it made no difference. Sadly!

Are you still having this issue? 

 

And are you having this issue when sharing links to any kind of file? Or just these ones you use for your choir?

    Hi Hannah, I share another link to the youth theatre I work with and no reports of any trouble there. (yet). My son can still access it from his phone. 

    So yes, at present it seems to just be the choir folder. I am wondering if I have been hacked?? Because no one has been downloading loads of files!

      I'm sure you have not been hacked, however, you need to keep in mind certain things when it comes to sharing links.

       

      You can see more info about this here. Are any of the reasons for a ban possibly true for this specific folder?
