After sharing a video, the receiver says it's freezing
i have sent a video but the receiver says it freezes, can anyone please help?

How did you share the file to this user, was it via a shared folder, or a shared link?
Do you experience the same issue when viewing the file?

Hi,
Thank you, It was via a shared link and then when i watched it back it kept freezing too.

Could you clarify what you mean by freeze, does the video simply stop working after a certain point?
If you download the video to your computer, does that version also freeze?
