Back up separate drive to Dropbox.
My foto library is stored on a separate disk and than as a backup in Dropbox.
I can see this disk on my iMac and I can open it there. But on my IPhone I get the message ‘it’s impossible to load the folder’ (that is the disk). So how can I use, to see photo, the disk on my IPhone?

Hi jan m.17, let's jump right into this!
Do you use the Backup feature, in order to store your photo library to Dropbox?
Can you send me a screenshot of the exact message you're getting on your end, when you try to access your library through your mobile?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

Hi Megan, I use the disk ‘Foto’s SSD’ for all my Photoshop work and make a backup from this disk as safety in Dropbox, but also in contact with clients I’ve all my work with me.
If I open the Dropbox app, I see foto 1, then, fill in what I want is 2, and then 3 which states ‘ isn’t possible to load folder’. If I log in Dropbox via Safari on my iMac it's possible to open the disk, this also on my Phone.
Not long ago this Foto’s SSD disk was approachable direct in the app on my phone.

Hi jan m.17, after an update to the feature, the backups are now only visible on the Dropbox site. It isn't possible to revert this change.
Since you're able to see the content there, you should be all good.
I hope this clarifies!

Thanks for your clarification, it’s a pity they changed it, because it’s a longer way to come to your information and it’s vulnerable for interference. I say this because already I got twice the message ‘unknown folder’ (folder was correctly spelled) after repeating the folder was known again.
