Can we disallow syncing of certain folders by users?

We have a very large archive folder that we have set to not sync automatically. However occasionally through end user shenanigans they will accidentally flag the folder to sync. This causes merry havoc with their Dropbox folder and is a major pain to resolve. This archive folder needs to be visible to everyone, but should never be available to be synced to the local computer. It would be great if we could specify folders and/or subfolders that are not allowed to be synced at any point.
