Cannot access the folder shared with me. "That didn't work for some reason" pop up

Can anyone please help 🙏

A link for a folder was shared with me that I couldn't access.

Instead I'd receive a "That didn't work for some reason" pop up

Is there any way I could join the folder?

    Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get the same error when accessing the shared links in question?

     

    Also, can you confirm if the folder was shared with you using a shared link?
