Cannot add someone to a shared folder?
I keep getting this message when trying to add someone to Dropbox. I get the same message if I put them in as view or edit. {".tag":"access_error","access_error":"inv alid_member"}

2 years agoIs that user already part of a Dropbox team, which might've restricted sharing folders with non-team members?
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

I tried two different browsers - Google and Microsoft Edge. I will reach out to her to find out if she is part of a team that restricted access.
