Cannot make files available offline

I have shared folder in dropbox, whose files i can view from browser, but they are not visible in offline folder of dropbox. I tried syncing, but nothing appears.

Hi Sujeet12, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Is this definitely a shared folder that is visible in your Dropbox account, or a shared link to a folder?

This will help me to assist further!

Can you send me another full-page screenshot showing the shared folder on the website?
