Cannot make files offline as I cannot see that option from the right mouse click on windows 11
On the old laptop everything is fine but on a new laptop then the Dropbox installation seems to be missing the option to store the files on the laptop.
How do I manage to get the option to store offline in Windows 11?

Thanks for posting this on the forum, alex jeanes!
Can you also clarify the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app?
Are you seeing any other Dropbox options, when right clicking on your files/folders?
That’ll help me assist you further.

Thanks Alex! Can you also let me know the syncing status of your Dropbox app? Is it syncing/up to date etc?
Can you send me a screenshot of how your files/folders show within your local Dropbox folder, along with another one showing the right click context menu options?
Is this something that you noticed after an OS/Dropbox update? Or is this happening right from the start, when you installed Dropbox on your new device?

Thanks for your help Nancy, It is syncing, I send various screenshots to help you. It is a brand new laptop as Voula wants to transfer from her old one.

Hey alex jeanes, sorry to jump in here.
It seems that your Dropbox files don't have any syncing icons on them, but have brown box icons instead, which is an icon coming from OneDrive.
Can you disable OneDrive first and let me know what you see afterwards?
