Dropbox app won't upload images anymore from the iphone
Anyone else finding that since the update, they can't get images to upload to dropbox on their iphones anymore?
Hey Jodes, let's try one more step, please.
Feel free to uninstall the app, reboot your phone, then re-install. If this doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error message you get, and send it back to me here, so I can have visual too.

Thanks for clarifying, Jubilbae!
Are you receiving any type of errors when trying to manually upload your files to Dropbox?
Have you tried connecting to a different WiFi network/via cellular data? Do you experience the same behavior if you do this?

Camera uploads doesn't work. Nothing is uploaded allthough it says Backing up and the blue activity bar is moving. It worked yesterday... I still have 527 photos to be backed up on my Iphone 7. I get NO error messages whatsoever.

Do you have enough quota?
- Jubilbae3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Nancy I don't receive any error messages. It just shows «waiting to upload»
I haven't tried using a Wi-fi. I only use my cellular data. - Jay3 years ago

Hi Jubilbae, Do you have any proxy, VPN, security software, or even carrier settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Could you try connecting to a reliable, stable WiFi connection to see if the files upload normally?
- Jubilbae3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Jay I'm not sure I have any security restrictions, and I'm not so sure about the stable wi-fi because my country isn't the best with wi-fi 🤦

It's possible there's something affecting the upload on a cellular network, hence why I want to try a WiFi network, to further investigate what could be occurring.
- Jubilbae3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Jay I tried, but it didn't work. I got the same error message

Hey Jubilbae, sorry to jump in, but could you clear the app's cache on your device and then try to upload your files again?
If you still get the same error, please send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too.
Thanks!
