Dropbox made a new unwanted folder and I can't access files from it?
My colleagues and I use Dropbox for all design files.
I just came back from mat leave, logged into the Dropbox with my new login, and started to sync all the files from folder FILES that were created while I was gone.
Then, my boss told me to use another login, associated with a different email, to use our Dropbox.
I did that, however, Dropbox now created a new folder called FILES 2 and is syncing that instead. The problem is, I can't open and work on any files from FILES 2 - I get an error "The directory name is invalid".
Please help!

Hi LucyPi, welcome to our Community!
Is it safe to assume you're referring to the desktop app, when you mentioned that you logged into the account?
Also, we're referring to two separate Dropbox accounts if I got this one right. Can you access your Dropbox folder without any issues?
Does the problem only occur with your FILES2 folder? If you have a screenshot of the error message you get, feel free to share it with me, in order for me to have visual.
Keep me posted!
