Have you tried signing in to the account from a different browser, or a private browsing window, to see if you still get the same error?
Let me know what you find.

Yep tried Chrome and Edge and a private browser, same errors on all three

I think its my work security controls.
Ive just logged in on my phone and I was able to add a user.
