Error(400) when users receive a link that I sent them.
My clients are receiving the message Error(400) when they click on the link that I send them. That is preventing them from accessing the files.
How do I get this resolved?
The problem has corrected itself. Thank you.

Hi Ray B, welcome to our Community!
Does this happen with every link you sent them or just a specific one?
What does the link look like, and did you follow the steps mentioned in this article, in order to create it?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
