File will not upload to a file request
I received a request for a large file, when I add the file and hit upload it says add name and valid email and doesnt upload

And have you entered a name an email address before trying to upload it? Are there any error messages? Can you post a screenshot of the page you're on? Be sure to mask any private information if any is shown.
