Files not visible on the DropBox online account but synched on PC desktop
Hi, I have troubles with DropBox online account. Whenever I log in, I don't see any files although I synched most of my desktop.
I updated the dropbox app on my PC and I still see all of the files synches correctly (each has a tiny green sign next to it) but for some reason they do not display on the DropBox online account. I need to share them with my team externally so I need them online. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi Paulina PMPR, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like you might be signed into a different Dropbox account on the site, when compared to the one on your Dropbox desktop application.
You can check which account is signed in by looking at the email address in the Account tab in the desktop app preferences. If it's different to the site, then it's a different account entirely.
