Folder Creation Not Working even though I have space.

I cannot create a new folder. I have plenty of space. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have made no changes to settings.

Hey Kane2 & Jenny, thanks for reporting this with us!

Can you clarify which platform this is happening on?

Do you use our mobile app, desktop app or website?

If you're using our website, can you try a different browser, or incognito mode, to check if the same behavior is happening there?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

We use the website.  It is intermittently working for the team.

Hi Jenny, this issue should be resolved now, are you still experiencing this behavior?
