Folder sharing
Good afternoon,
I have a free DB account. I've shared a folder with a friend of mine setting the "can modify" option ON. My friend has received the usual email containing a link to the folder. If he accesses it from the email, he can see and modify. If he opens his DB cell phone app, he can't modify the folder files.
What does he have to do in order to open and modify the shared-folder files WITHOUT accessing it from the invitation email?
Thank you for your help.

Hey PinoDB, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Did your friend add the folder normally to their account? Do they see it in their sharing tab?
Also, have you ensured that they're logged into the correct Dropbox account in the mobile app and that the app and their device's OS are up to date?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

If you sent them a link with can-edit access, they can add the folder to their account by clicking the Join Folder button at the top of the page, at which point it should be visible in the app.
If you invited them to a shared folder, it should automatically appear in their list of folders once they've accepted the invitation.
