gave link to others for them to upload their video, but link just displays folder, it doesn't prompt

gave link to others for them to upload their video, but when they click on the link it just displays the shared folder, it doesn't prompt them to Add/Upload from their camera/photos/videos.

    Hi there Debra G.3 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please clarify if you opened a file request for them or if you sent them a shared link with edit rights instead?
