I can't upload new pictures from my camera to my computer
I can no longer upload new pictures from my camera to my HP desktop. WHY ????
I have used dropbox for serveral years and not paid one cent.
Do I now have to pay ???

Hey there BOBO2647, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you by any chance gone through the troubleshooting steps outlined in this Help Center article?
Also, can you please let me know if you're using the desktop app to do this or the website perhaps?
If you get a specific error, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

Many thanks for your reply.
My computer is an HP desktop. I have uploaded pictures for the last 8-10 years without a hitch and not paid any money to Dropbox.
Now, I cannot upload anything ???
Do I now have to pay Dropbox ???

Hi BOBO2647, could you clarify what error you're getting that is preventing you from uploading images to your account?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful.

I do not get an error message; it simply does not upload and nothing happens ???

Could you send us a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown in your system tray at the moment BOBO2647
This will help us assist further.
Also, are you able to upload your files normally through a web browser?
