I can't viewing uploads uploaded to account on another device as I need to verify my account
I have uploaded some files via the app to drop box on my phone, these are not able to be seen when i access drop box from a different device (i this case my macbook). I also am unable to share files from my drop box on my phone, I just repetitively get asked to verify the account. Help!

Are you referring to verifying the email address on your Dropbox account?
Have you tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and checking your spam folder?
This will help me to assist further!

We do seem to be getting those emails, we just can’t send a link to others, and even signing into drop box not in the app, we can’t access some of our own photos - Nancy2 years ago

Hi evolve chiro. Can you send me a screenshot of one of the emails you keep getting to verify your Dropbox account? Just make sure to hide your personal info before uploading it here.
As for the content you can’t see on other devices, can you see all of your files on www.dropbox.com?

Thanks Nancy, I can see all files only on the app, not on www.dropbox.com
This is the message it get when i try to share a link - Even if i have just replied to the email and verified my account
