I get the message that my files might contain phishing content
I am trying to share a file and get the message "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content"
Relevant Facts:
1) File does not contain phishing content.
2) I haven't used dropbox for about a year, so I'm not over any limits.
3) File is legal content, legally obtained.
4) File is 22 MB.
No customer support except for paid subscriptions.
So I guess this is why I don't use dropbox.....

I'm having the same issue. It happened today to a folder I've had and use periodically for years and happened to another folder a few weeks ago.
Please advise.

Hello Dropbox Supporters
We have the exact same problem. Can't share anything and don't get any emails about why suddenly all of our files should have malware in it now, even newly downloaded files.
So can you take a look at it asap, so I can share files again?
It's also a pain, that as a user for over 10 years, I can't open a ticket anymore, just because I don't pay for this bad service.
Read you soon!

We suddenly started getting this error message, "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content." Does anyone know how to resolve this? The folder I am trying to share is just word and PDF's docs of "How To's". We've been using Dropbox for years and have never had this issue. Thanks.

Hey there stewartsadler - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Would it be OK if we reached out via email to have a further look internally?
Thanks!

Help!!! Every time I try to copy a link to share a file I get this notification. "We’ve interrupted your sharing activity because your files might contain phishing content." This has only started here recently and does it with every file I try it with. Not sure what to do??
