I sent out an incomplete Dropbox link - can I edit it?

Hello, I mistakenly submitted an uncomplete link [removed so as to protect the daily limit for data sharing] for a startup incubator.

I cannot edit my submission.
Would you know if I can make it work for anybody having the link?

    There is no way to alter links I'm afraid, or, use ones sent incorrectly. 

     

    So if you gave out an incorrect one you cannot make a link 'connect' to that.
