I'm not able to sync with my Dropbox account, why?

When I right click I cannot sync, when I uninstall and reinstall the app i'm unable to open. I don't have a personal paid plan but up to this point have been able to share amongst my works account. Any idea what's going on

Also is there an email for support

    Hi lol_no_way_anonymity, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you clarify exactly how files aren't syncing when you right click them? Are you below your quote level on your account?

     

    Are you using a Windows or Mac device? What OS version are you running?
