Issues with speed of syncing

Hi all,

 

I have syncing issues with Dropbox app, my internet is perfect, speed of it is good, but syncing of Dropbox is taking ages than usual. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

    Hey there shiziino - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.

     

    Could you send us a screenshot of the app's exact version and status as shown in your menu bar/system tray?

     

    Have you tried adjusting your bandwidth settings or even rebooting your computer and internet router since you first noticed this?

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

      I did reboot my computer and router and it all seems fine on that side.

        I was actually looking for the app's status shiziino 

         

        Is it 'up to date' now or still syncing?
