Issues with uploading to Dropbox on my phone
I bought Dropbox to share some large files. When I tried to load them it took forever and timed out so I received "upgrade to this plan for faster loads" I did. Did not help. Got a lot loaded but started getting "your drop box is full need to upgrade" I did. Still wasn't ever able to get all the photos loaded. Gave up. I now get your Dropbox is full you need to upgrade emails all the time. It is only connected to my phone. I bought the 2TB plan and there isn't even 500gb on my phone. Ther is no way I'm full.
I've tried over and over to contact customer support with no luck. It seems set up to not let you. On the whole it has felt like a scam just to milk me for more and more money.
Any suggestions?

Hey Jamesthearcher - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
May I ask what plan you're on at the moment as per your account's plan tab?
Also, do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours?
