Making my files available offline to the computer

I have a computer with Windows 8.1 operating system, but my files remain in the cloud and are not Download, meaning I want to work on my files even if I am not connected to the Internet

Hi there zakaria mimoun - sorry to hear you're having issues with making your files available offline on your computer.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the app's exact status and version as shown in your system tray?

This will help us assist further.
