Moving files

Hi All,

Newbie question. Can I set up a Dropbox folder on desk top - save files in that folder and have it upload to Dropbox real time - or do I need to save to folder and then manually drag from desktop to Dropbox.

Thanks!

Robert

Dropbox can only sync the files and folders located in the Dropbox folder. It can't sync files from other locations on your computer.

If you want to sync your entire Desktop, you can enable the Backup feature which will MOVE your key folders (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc.) into your Dropbox folder.
