My files aren't uploading in a shared folder that someone sent me.
Why are my files not getting uploaded in a folder which my friend shared with me

Just to make sure we're aligned, can you clarify how you upload the content? Do you use our desktop app, mobile app or website?
When you visit your account online are you able to see the content there on your end?
One more thing: can you see any changes the other member makes inside this shared folder?
