No contextual menu after moving Dropbox to home directory

 

Macbook pro  M1 
macOS. 15.7.1 Sequoia
Dropbox App Version (if using the app).   236.4.5918

Syncing Status. synced

Question or Issue
I had to move dropbox out of my ICloud account , into my home account in /Users/me.

Now I have now contextual menu. I have been through uninstalling, re isntalling. I cannot enable classic FinderSync (garcon) . 

in terminal 

pluginkit -m -v | grep -i garcon                                                                                                                ✔
