No option to make available offline
I have paid subscriptions - Dropbox Family and also a Dropbox Business. Neither allow me to save a file offline either by right clicking on the file OR folder, or by preferences/sync in my account.
I have tried shut-down/restart numerous times.

Hey jokaso - thanks for the screenshot, but could you also take a look at your computer's system tray/menu bar and let us know the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app installed there?

So i toggled off the Drobpox System Extension (see screenshot above) which seems to have returned the option to make available offline - yay ........ but now I have to download every file I want to see on my computer (no ability to have some online, some offline) which does not work for me as i have a LOT of photos which take up all my hardrive space. It was all working perfectly b4 - I could make available offline photo folders I was working on, then make them online gain, but still be able to see them.
I have spent the last 2 days downloading all my photos onto my hardrive, but at the expense of I now cannot see a lot of my other folders containing the rest of my life as I cannot make them online only and still see them on my computer.

Hi from me too, jokaso! To further assist, I’d also like to know the OS version of the computer you’re using, as well as your Dropbox app’s syncing status.
In general, the Dropbox System Extension allows you to open online-only files from File Explorer (Windows), Finder (Mac), or third-party applications, so we usually don’t suggest that you disable it.

Apologies, jokaso. The post where you had clarified the OS version had been accidentally spammed by the system, so I didn’t see it before.
Is your desktop app stuck syncing the same number of files or does the number change, but slowly?
Did you also re-enable the Dropbox System Extension in the meantime, and the online-only/offline options still don’t show when right clicking?
