Not all my files are appearing on a device.

Hi, Can someone help?

Not all my files are appearing in dropbox on this device.

I have the standard plan and can be logged in on 3 devices. On my other 3 devices the files are showing up however on the 3rd device the files are not showing up.

I have tried un-installing and re-installing the app but still the same file is not showing up.

Any suggestions?

Kind Regards,

Hi BRConsultancy, welcome to our Community!

Is it safe to assume you're referring to your desktop app?

If so, can you then clarify the OS version, along with the Dropbox version that you're using, and the app's syncing status

Asking just to make sure the app is using a stable version, and that it's up to date.

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

      Hi Megan,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Yes I'm referring to the desktop app. The OS I'm using on my other device is macOS High Sierra version 10.13. However on the new device the OS is Microsoft Windows 11 Home, version 10.

      Thank you
