One of my folders doesn't sync to the desktop app, even though there aren't special characters
I have a folder in my shared folder on the web, but I cannot see it on my desktop - any solutions. The folder has no special characters.

What's the name of the folder, and what operating system are you on?
Also, is the Dropbox application running on your computer? If so, hover your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and let us know what it displays for a status.

The name of the folder is in Hebrew, with regular letters. The application running on my computer, and "up to date" is stated on the icon in my system tray.

Hi from me too, Mordy! Is this the only folder under a Hebrew name that can’t sync to your desktop app? Can you please rename it and use Latin characters, just as a test, to see if it syncs afterwards?
Other than that, have you checked your desktop app’s selective sync preferences to make sure this folder hasn’t been removed from the Dropbox app?
