only i can view and then team can not see what i have added
why can I only view my folder with in the team- therefore the team can not see what i have added

Hi AshGion, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you able to see the folder and files on the site and on your desktop?
Do the file names have any incompatible characters in them?
This will help me to assist further!

I can see what others have added. They can not see what I have added. I can not see what I have added on the desktop just in my finder...

Could you clarify what you're seeing exactly? Do you see them on the Dropbox site, but not in Finder?

Finder/App
I can only see what I have added
Others can not see what I have added and I can not see what they have added
Desktop
I can not see what I have added in the finder/app
I can see what others have added

Finder and the Desktop app should are the same to me, so I'm not sure what you're referring to. Are you able to view the files in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)?

Only I can see what I have added in finder... My team can not see what I have added in finder

AshGion sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Can you try some troubleshooting steps for us?
- Log in to Dropbox.com in your web browser (e.g. Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and navigate to the folder in question
- Do you see content from your colleagues in the folder there?
- Try uploading a file to the folder using Dropbox.com in your web browser
- Can your colleagues see the file you added in the web browser?
- Do you see the file you added on Finder?
Further troubleshooting steps:
In Finder:
- Navigate to the folder in the finder
- Right-click on the folder
- In the context menu that appears when you right-click, click "View on Dropbox.com"
- Is it the same folder that you see in the steps above?
In the menu bar of your Mac:
- Click the Dropbox icon in the menu bar
- Click on your profile icon in the top right side of the Dropbox pop-over menu
- Click "View sync issues"
- Do you see any sync issues described?
