Other people have reached their upload limits when adding files to my account
I have Dropbox Plus and am attempting to use it with a parent group as a place we can upload pictures and files that relate to a group our kids are in together. I have made a file within my own account and added the 14 other parents to it for access. We have all been adding pictures and files to it. However, it is now limiting everyone else, saying they have met their limit for uploads in the group. I tried changing to a team subscription but it would only allow 4 members. Can someone help me understand how I can make this work for a greater number of people? TIA!

Hi BrandyB, thanks for joining the Community!
In order to understand what your group is seeing, could you provide an exact error message stating what they're seeing?
Did you create a shared folder, and invite others to join that folder? Bear in mind that you don't share your quota with a shared folder, only you have access to your quota, so others might be on a free plan, meaning they've gone over their quota on their accounts.
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
