Public links have been temporarily suspended

I have received an email (don’t know how to add screenshots on here!?) to say that public links have been temporarily suspended. This was a few days and I still can’t send anything. How do I get this suspension lifted and how do I stop it from happening again?

If you're still unable to share we'll need to have a further look internally at this point Fay Bloom - would it be OK if we send you an email to investigate?

Hopefully this works? It’s still not working and that email was sent on Tuesday

Could you attach a screenshot of the email you received, showing the date and time it was sent, while hiding any names or other personal info?

    Hey Jay,

I had waited for 24 hours previously and I was still having the same issue/unable to send files after that period

In this instance I desperately need to be able to send files tomorrow. Please can you let me know what my options are to enable me to send them?

Thank you so much for your help. Fay

HI Fay Bloom, thanks for the info.

If you received an email about the suspension of your shared links, then it would take a full 24 hours after the email was sent before the suspension is lifted from the account.

At this time, we'd recommend waiting until tomorrow to then attempt to share a file or folder on your account.

Keep me updated with any progress!

    Hello,

Thank you so much for your speedy reply! I am still struggling to understand. What steps do I need to take to get the suspension removed? Is there anyway that we can speak directly via email?

    warm wishes, Fay
