Recents not updating

For years, I’ve had a workflow where I create a large handful of images on a Windows desktop, upload to DB. Then I go to the iOS app.  From there I see a group for this recent batch upload.  But today, after multiple, mutliple refreshes, there only thing there is a single file from earlier in the day.   I never ever had that not show up immediately, now it’s still not there in the one screen that provides for a convenient batch download, after 30 minutes.

I can to go the actual folder in DB and see the files. But batch operations aren’t possible in the iOS apps.  Going to the folder in Safari, I can select a bunch of the images, but the only download option is a zip file— which is a #$%^&* move.  Why do you limit my choice here?

Hey Greg M. J. - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please clarify your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed there as well?

Also, can you send us a screenshot of how this looks on your end so that we can have a visual too?

    Thanks!
