Shared file no longer allowing users to edit
A shared file with one owner and two editors is no longer allowing edits. The owner has checked permissions however this still states edit on the document for all three users. How can we fix this issue without loosing the original file?

Welcome to our forum, Laura41.
Can you send me a screenshot of what you see exactly on your end, when trying to edit the file? If there’s any confidential info showing, please make sure to hide it.
If you can also send a screenshot of the sharing permissions the owner sees, that’d be great.
Let me know when you’re ready.

Just a heads up that some users might be having trouble editing files at the moment.
We're working to fix it as soon as we can, and if you're still having problems after we've worked on it, let us know!
Thank you,
Sam
