Slow uploads from a PC

Trying to upload files from a pc (jpg heic mov) to an account with more thann2TB free space.  NOTHING.  A 4gb folder with 1700 files has been stuck for 45 minutes at 22 files uploaded.  WORTHLESS, DROPBOX.  if Dropbox is useless for cloud storage, EXACTLY WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?

Really regretting paying for that extra space.

    Can you let us know which platform you're using?

     

    The Dropbox desktop app (adding files to your Dropbox folder), the website or the mobile app?
