Hi there myriam m.1 - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Could you please clarify your device's OS version, and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your menu bar/system tray?
Did you try rebooting your computer and router since you first noticed this or even adjusting your bandwidth settings through the app's preferences?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Myriam.

I see, thanks for the additional information, Myriam.
Could you also send me a screenshot of the app's exact status as shown in your menu bar at the moment?

Thanks for the additional info, myriam m.1!
If you go to your Dropbox preferences, in the "bandwidth/network" tab, is your bandwidth set to "don't limit"?

Thanks for the screenshot, Myriam!
Can you also check how many files you have in your Dropbox folder?
If they're close to 300K, can you reduce them a bit with selective sync, to see if that helps at all?

i have 1,4 T left, i dont think its that.

It doesn't have to do with the size, but with the number of files, actually.
Let me know if reducing them makes any difference and if you get the red X icon again, please send us a screenshot of that as well, Myriam.
Thanks!
