The desktop app isn't syncing all the files, since some files never make any progress
My companies Dropbox for Business account is not syncing properly. My computer says 182 files syncing but never makes any progress. Other employees have different amounts stuck not syncing. I have cleared my cache and restarted Dropbox. I have tried connecting to different internet connections. I have tried uninstalling Dropbox and reinstalling it.
Any help?

Some files will sync and others are just stuck in purgatory.

Are these files in different folders or in the same location?
Could you let me know what OS and Dropbox desktop application version you're running on your machine?
