There is no progress in syncing for 4 hours?

When i login on a new device dropbox ask to select files that i need. After i select those files it turns into running condition with no progress shown, i had been waiting for 4 hours, is it a normal condition?

    Hi zhao1212, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    It can depend on how fast your internet connection is. Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

     

    What OS and Dropbox desktop application version are you running currently?

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    My download speed are 96.93Mb/s and my dropbox version are 194.4.6267, my OS is window 11. I had checked and no any proxy or firewall settings.

    When you click the Dropbox icon, what is the current status of the app?
