Unable to Access Files in App after Device Name Update

I updated my Device Name to reflect My First and Last Name. Now I am not able to access most of the folders and files through the app. Looks like I may still have access to most through the browser. I need help to restore my access through the app.

Hi AkankshaD, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you clarify error you're getting, if any, and what behavior you're seeing?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Did you change the user folder name on your machine without unlinking the Dropbox desktop application?

If that's what you did, could you try these steps to resolve the issue on your device?
