Unable to upload from iphone connected to the laptop

I have connected the iphone via cable to open on my laptop and in process of moving files from said iphone to Dropbox via Dropbox website.

When dragging a file (in an attempt to move it from iphone and into Dropbox to free up iphone space) from window where iphone is open into Dropbox web, I'm getting the below error. Then if I go through the web and click on Upload->File-> i'm able to select the file that the below message said was empty.
2) Not able to select more than one file at a time to upload.

3) Not able to select folders to upload either.

Hi Aniri, let's jump right into this!

Does this behavior happen with all of your files/folders?

Does point 2 + 3 happen when you try to drag and drop the content, or when you visit the website, and click "Upload"?

Have you tried downloading the content locally first?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
