Upload Large Folder for synched access on two devices.

I have a Large folder (750GB) that I want synched on both my desktop and laptop such that when a change happens one one device (new file added/deleted), it is synched on the other device. However, I can't upload the folder online or through the desktop app even though I have both dropbox space and hard drive space. What's the proper process to upload and synch these folders?
