Uploading files using the website but I have a sync problem
Hi everyone! My files in dropbox is non syncing, how to solve this problem? Many thanks!

Syncing issues occur, when one is using the Dropbox application on their computer.
Does it mean that I must download Dropbox app? But I didn't have problem to sync my files before Sep, 2023.
Since you're only using the website, can you clarify your issue?
I can't see the updated files after Sep, 2023 when login the Dropbox website. Before Sep, 2023, I can.
Are you uploading files, which don't finish uploading, for example?
Yes, I have uploaded files many times, the problem is that the old files are still there after I upload.

If you look through the files' version history, are you able to see the updated versions of the files there?
